Q. Where do you ship from?


A. While our corporate office is based in New Jersey, we ship from our manufacturing facility in Guangzhou, China. Multiple item orders will be shipped in the same package.


Q. Are youth sizes available?


A. Yes, we provide sizes in Men and Youth :)


Q. How long will it take for my items to be made?


A. Please allow 3-7 business days for jerseys to be made from start to finish.
We strive to be as environmentally friendly as we can by making our products on demand to avoid wasting unnecessary fabrics. 


Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive after they are made?


A. It will usually take 10-20 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.

 

Q: Why does shipping take so long?

 

A: Our products are one of a kind and are significantly lower priced than other competitors in the Custom Jersey's industry. The downside to this is slightly longer shipping times, though we work our hardest to get your order shipped as fast as possible.


Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?


A. Tracking numbers are given within 48 hours of the order being placed.


Q. Do you ship Internationally?


A.Yes! We ship worldwide to ensure that every customer will enjoy their shopping experience with us :)

However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you and immediately refund your order.


Q. Is shipping free?


A. Shipping is free on orders $100+. For all other orders, shipping is $5 for US orders and $10 for International orders


Q. Which currency will I be charged in?


A. We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.


Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?


A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.
Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours.

Q: Does OJ Jerseys provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

 

A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed! You can always get a free exchange of your product simply by shipping it back to us with image proof sent first

Q. How can I pay?


A. We accept all Major Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Amex. 
Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Shop Pay Installments.


Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?


A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. 


Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?


A. We do not sell our customer’s information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and discount coupons. 


Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?


A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends on where you are located and if you order more than 1 piece.

 

Q. WHAT IF I NEVER RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

 

A. Unfortunately, from time to time shipping carriers may lose a package, it is just the nature of shipping products. In the case the shipping carrier loses a shipment, we will remake and reship a replacement order at our cost. However, please note the following important exceptions;

  1. It's up to us to determine if a package is truly lost or just delayed. If we feel the package is delayed, we may ask you to continue to wait for the shipment.
  2. If the tracking is marked as delivered or attempted delivery, we consider the package to be delivered. This is not a lost package. In most cases, a neighbor received the shipment and the you can simply ask their neighbor, their shipment is being held by a doorman or another person responsible for final delivery of mail at that address. With a little bit of effort these packages are typically located.
  3. International orders. For international orders, it's common that the package will held by customs which can delay the shipping time. This is completely out of our hands. Some countries are slower than others. Please be patient.
