Returns and Refund Policy

AT OJ JERSEYS, CUSTOMER SERVICE COMES FIRST. WE WILL WORK DILIGENTLY TO HELP GET YOUR ISSUE RESOLVED 

  • We guarantee your delivery or your money back.

  • If product never arrives or is damaged in any way, we will offer a full refund or exchange for a new item.

  • If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or refund your order.

  • If any packages never arrive due to the input of an incorrect address we are not responsible and cannot refund your order. Shipping labels are copy and pasted from your input.

  • Custom jerseys are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to device screen color variance and other factors. We cannot grant refunds or exchanges solely due to the color of your item.

  • Order are automatically processed within 24-48 hours of your order. Please make sure your order is correct and you want it before you hit the submit button.

  • If you return the jersey to our return center for a size exchange, please make sure to send the return label tracking number and proof of shipping payment to our support team. Failure to provide proof or return will result in our refusal of your exchange or a delay of exchange until the item(s) arrive at our center.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account, within a 3-7 business days.

    You must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery if there is any complaints. After 48 hours, we will not accept.

  • **You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Otherwise, it is free return if you received the wrong order / defect order.**

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed and returned to your bank account
